The virtual bookkeeper is an outsourced, affordable business function that provides an effective and efficient back office solution.
We can do as little or as much as you want all for a fixed monthly fee. Typically we perform the following:

We only used a cloud based software so provided we have an internet connection we can keep your books up to date. All work is overseen by a qualified Chartered Accountant so rest assured it is done right, first time.
Prices from £150You provide your bank statements and we bookkeep the months transactions onto Xero. Once we have finished you will be provided with a set of Management accounts that shows you exactly how your business is progressing. The months figures can be compared with the prior month and the same month last year to ensure you are continually growing. Depending on your bank, Xero has the capability of uploading your transactions on a daily basis direct into the software, doing away with the need for bank statements. Prices starting from just £150 per month and includes your Xero subscription and a bank feed.
Prices from £400You get the same bookkeeping process as the basic package but the moderate package is for those businesses who have the burden of additional Jersey compliance. We will calculate and complete all of the States returns you are required to submit, including GST, IT IS, Social Security and Manpower. We will advise the business owner of the amounts required to be paid for each of these ensuring you pay the right amount at the right time. Leaving you with both time and cash to focus on your business. Prices for this package start at just £400 per month.
Prices from £550You get all the features of the Moderate package but with this package you have even more time on your hands to concentrate on what you do best! Accountable takes complete control of your back office function, we will not only bookkeep your transactions, we will ensure your business complies with the necessary Jersey States submissions we will also reconcile your supplier statements to invoices received and we will prepare regular supplier payment runs. All you have to do is pay the amounts to your suppliers that we tell you to! Plus, if you are a business that sends out invoices to its clients we can assist in analysing and collecting your debts. Prices for this package start at £550 per month.
